Skill Sets

We have a group of engineers working on basic designs of required modules, which can be customized, based on the client’s requirements & we have a contract arrangement with a group of engineers with different skills to undertake the actual development jobs.

Training and HR

Accredata has a HR (recruitment and training etc.) team of around 3 staff. The HR team works in line with a documented recruitment and training strategy. Typically the company recruits agents with up to two years’ work experience and, like most other companies in the sector; it has a ‘Management graduates only’ policy.

Training of new recruits takes place over a three to four month period with an initial cultural course taking around two weeks. This is normally followed by a month’s domain training and a similar amount of process specific training. Finally recruits are shadowed a number of weeks before being ‘signed off’.
